UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. This role involves creating graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, forms, and widgets. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in designing various user journeys, including onboarding and request creation.
To excel in this position, you should possess proficiency in design software and wireframe tools. If you have a portfolio showcasing professional design projects, particularly involving web and mobile applications, we are eager to review it. Ultimately, your work will involve crafting functional and visually appealing features that cater to our clients’ needs, contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Communicate design concepts through storyboards, diagrams, and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, including tabs, menus, widgets, tables, forms, and buttons.
• Create UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate feature functionality.
• Establish and maintain a consistent design language across multiple platforms—web and native apps.
• Work alongside developers to implement UI/UX designs and integrate analytics for user feedback collection.
• Identify and resolve UI/UX issues.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a comparable role
• Proficiency in wireframe design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Competence in graphic design using software like Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Knowledge of iconography and the ability to design custom icons is a plus
• Strong time management and communication skills
